Throat Sounds Like Pop Rocks - I have been experiencing a weird fizzing/popping sensation in the back of my throat (not eating at the time). I was doing some neck massages a few days ago and then afterwards whenever i swallow, i feel a clicking/popping sensation and sound when my larynx moves up upon. This is one of two things: Either the popping in your ears when your eustachian tubes open during swallowing or the mechanical sounds of fluids rushing down your throat. I can feel and hear the popping when swallowing only when my head is in certain positions, and if i apply too much pressure to my neck in the area itโs coming from when.
